Who we are

topclosers.club is run by Fred Mitchell, based in Greece. Contact: info@topclosers.club. In these terms, "we" and "us" means topclosers.club, and "you" means the person using it.

What you get

A membership gives you the AI sales tools and everything else in the members' area for as long as your membership is active. 1-to-1 coaching with Fred is optional and sold separately (see "Coaching packages" below).

Your account

• Your membership is for you only. Don't share your login.
• You must be at least 18.
• We can pause or end an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing a login, abusing the AI tools or harassing other members.

The free trial

• The free trial is on the Closer plan. Your first 7 days are free. You add a card when you start, but you aren't charged during the trial.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Your access ends as soon as you cancel.
• If you don't cancel, your membership starts automatically when the trial ends and you're charged €29 a month.
• Top Closer has no free trial: you're charged €49 when you start.
• One free trial per person. We may refuse a second free trial, including one started with a different email address or with a card that has already been used for a trial.

Price and payment

• There are two plans: Closer at €29 a month and Top Closer at €49 a month, both including VAT. You're charged every month, from the date your trial ended (or, on Top Closer, the date you started), until you cancel.
• You can switch plans any time in the members' area (Manage your subscription). Moving up to Top Closer takes effect straight away: you pay the difference for the rest of that month, and your next payment is €49. Moving down to Closer takes effect from your next payment date.
• If you move up to Top Closer during your free trial, your trial ends and you're charged €49 straight away.
• Payments are handled by Stripe, which sells the membership to you on our behalf as the "merchant of record". Stripe takes the payment, charges the right VAT for where you live and sends your receipts. Stripe's own customer terms also apply to the payment.
• If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change affects you, so you can cancel first if you want to.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time in the members' area: click Manage your subscription. No calls, no hoops.
• On a paid plan, you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part-months, except as set out below or where the law says we must.
• If you cancel during the free trial, your access ends straight away and you pay nothing.

Your 14-day right to cancel (EU and UK consumers)

If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you can cancel within 14 days of signing up. On Closer, the free trial covers the first 7 days at no cost; if you're charged and then cancel within 14 days of signing up, email info@topclosers.club and we'll refund that payment in full. On Top Closer, you ask us to start your membership straight away; if you cancel within 14 days, we'll refund your payment minus a proportionate amount for the days you've already had.

Coaching packages

Coaching is sold by Fred Mitchell directly, not by Stripe as merchant of record. Stripe only processes the payment.

• What you buy. Ignition is one payment for four weeks of coaching. Killer Instinct and War Room are three monthly payments for three months of coaching; they stop automatically after the third payment. What each package includes is described on the coaching page. Members of topclosers.club get 10% off when logged in.
• Getting started. After paying, book your kick-off call. Your package starts on the date of that call.
• Sessions. Sessions are online. If you need to move one, give at least 24 hours' notice and we'll rearrange it. A session missed without notice counts as used.
• Your 14-day right to cancel (EU and UK consumers). You can cancel within 14 days of paying. If no sessions have taken place, we refund you in full. If you've asked us to start within those 14 days and sessions have taken place, we refund the rest, minus a fair amount for what's already been delivered. Once a package has been fully delivered, this right no longer applies. Businesses buying coaching don't have this right.
• Stopping a 3-month package early. After the first 14 days, you can stop at the end of any month: tell us before the next payment and it won't be taken. Payments already made aren't refunded.
• The money-back guarantee. At your kick-off call we agree, in a letter of engagement, your goal, what counts as ROI on your coaching and the date by which you should see it. If by that date you haven't got that ROI, and you've done your part (you've attended your sessions, or rearranged them with notice, and done the work agreed in the letter), we refund everything you've paid for that package. To claim, email info@topclosers.club within 30 days of the agreed date. Your letter of engagement sets out the detail, and it takes priority if it differs from these terms.
• Results. Coaching gives you guidance, practice and accountability. What you achieve still depends on you, which is why the guarantee depends on you doing your part.

Using the AI tools

• The tools give you guidance, ideas and drafts based on Fred's method. They're not a guarantee of any result. Read what they write and check it before you send or say it: you're responsible for what you send to prospects.
• AI can get things wrong. Never rely on it for legal, financial or regulatory advice.
• Only put in information you're allowed to share. Don't put in personal data about prospects or confidential company information.
• Usage limits: Closer includes up to 20 uses of the tools a day and 300 in any 30 days; Top Closer up to 50 a day and 600 in any 30 days. The limits keep the tools fast and affordable for everyone.
• Don't use the tools for spam, deception, harassment or anything illegal, and don't copy, scrape or resell the tools or their playbooks.

Who owns what

The tools, the playbooks behind them, the guides and the rest of the site belong to us. What the tools write for you is yours to use in your own selling.

Our responsibility to you

• We do our best to keep the site and tools working, but we can't promise they'll never be down or never make mistakes.
• We're not responsible for lost deals, lost income or other indirect losses. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
• Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

If we change or stop the service

We'll keep improving topclosers.club, so tools and features will change. If we ever close it, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any time you've paid for and can't use.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For important changes, we'll email members first.

The law

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live.
